By accessing or using The 25th Hive Skin Analysis (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

The 25th Hive Skin Analysis provides informational skin analysis from a selfie and suggests products from our store catalogue. Access is granted after email verification. Features may change, and we may suspend or modify parts of the service at any time.

Not medical advice

Results are cosmetic guidance only. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for advice from a dermatologist or other qualified clinician. Do not ignore professional medical advice because of something you see in the app. If you have a concerning skin condition, seek clinical care.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the email address you verify and for activity under your session. Do not share one-time codes with others.

Photos and consent

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly consented to the upload and analysis. Do not upload images of minors. Before analysis you must accept the on-screen consent notice.

Uploaded face photos are deleted after 24 hours. You may also delete your photos and related scan data sooner using Delete my data in the menu. See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Upload images of anyone without their consent
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use analysis output to make clinical or employment decisions about others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without our permission

Products, pricing, and checkout

Product availability, pricing, taxes, shipping, payment, returns, and fulfilment are handled by our online store. When you continue to checkout, the store’s terms and privacy practices apply to that purchase. We do not guarantee that recommended products will achieve any particular result.

Intellectual property

The app, branding, interface, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in photos you upload, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide analysis, show your results, and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Analysis quality can vary with lighting, camera quality, pose, and other factors. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on analysis or product suggestions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for The 25th Hive Skin Analysis access in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) zero if access is provided without a separate fee.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your data from the menu. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
